CMRS GIVES HIS CERTIFICATION TO LUCKNOW METRO

Shri SatishKumar Pandey,Commissioner Metro Railway Safety (CMRS) today gave his certification to Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation (LMRC) for commencing the revenue/commercial operations of its Metro services for public ridership.
The Commissioner Metro Rail Safety gave his approval to LMRC after inspecting the trial run of Metro train at the maximum operating speed of 80 kmph. The inspection was carried out today by him along with senior LMRC officials by running the train from the Transport Nagar Metro station to Charbagh Metro station to and fro.The trial run was completed successfully.
On the occasion, Shri Kumar Keshav, Managing Director said "Getting all the required technical clearances from the Ministry of Railway and finally certification fromthe Commissioner Metro Rail Safety today to commence revenue operations on the Priority Corridor of the Lucknow Metro Project from Transport Nagar to Charbagh has been a great achievement for all of us
